Reflecting on the past 25 years, my passion for helping businesses maximise their potential through people was sparked in a small family business. That’s where I had my first lesson in the importance of work to build community and a sense of purpose.
Through my early career as a researcher, I started asking questions on the conditions that would enable organisations to unleash potential through people. My years in the private and corporate sectors were key in honing my skills on what works in different environments, how to pull the right levers, the importance of timing and of truly understanding where value is created and tapping into that.
Through Metochi Consulting, I bring together all my experiences and insights in working closely with businesses during critical transitions, offering strategic people solutions to move their businesses forward.
I also bring these insights into Advisory Board work for scale-ups, and high growth SMEs. I have been witnessing first-hand the positive impact of strategic people advice and planning on their business’s evolution.
My strong belief in creating the conditions to maximise human potential extends to mentoring diverse leaders at different career stages and actively supporting communities and networks driving progress in representation and inclusion.
