Diagnose

Our context driven approach means we will be spending time upfront to better understand your unique context, before recommending specific solutions. We will use relevant evidence and insights already available or bring in any additional insights as required.

Design

Once we are clear about the context you are operating in and have uncovered key organisational and people drivers we will advise on the design of key solutions for a successful transition.

Deliver

If there is a requirement for us to stay on and help with delivery, we can propose different ways that we can structure our continued collaboration.

We are keen to ensure that the approach that we adopt works for you and your organisation. There are different ways that we can work together as outlined below:

  • A project-based approach where we agree a fixed fee (Consulting assignment)

  • An agreement to join your business on a part-time basis and help you with delivery (Fractional)

  • Work with your Board/Advisory Board and CEO/Executive team to agree the extent of the commitment required/expected (Advisory)
